Our highly respected client in the Alpharetta area is currently seeking a SalesForce Program Lead to help with a global implementation. You will join a fast-paced team with tight timelines while utilizing a mix of global resources within a matrix environment to ensure maximum productivity.

How will you make an impact?
  • Manage process re-engineering, requirements gathering and technology implementations
  • Present and manage sign-off of key milestones and deliverables
  • Provide industry best practices as a trusted advisor to key business and technology stakeholders
  • Coordinate multiple levels within the organization to ensure delivery of end-to-end solutions across multiple, cross-functional areas while consistently exceeding enterprise needs
  • Lead core team and manage third-party implementation partner
Qualifications & Experience
  • Multiple Implementations across Sales & Customer Service
  • Global Implementation experience preferred
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager for large cross-functional initiatives with proven functional and technical experience
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Proven project leadership skills with the ability to multi-task, delegate and prioritize tasks Functionality Project Scope
